My 2 favorites are the brown rice and sweet potato recipes. I eat them often and these recipes make them tasty enough to enjoy even more than I used to. The recipes from this cookbook make simple food tasty enough to enjoy, and therefore, eat more often.

What I love most about Tastes too good to be healthy cookbook by Juliette, is that the recipes are simple, easy and created using ingredients that I usually have in my kitchen. I am especially happy with the rich flavor that the broth recipes offer me, as I use it to cook vegetables and rice. I have made the choice to feed myself and my family the most fresh food and fresh products that I can buy.
